A delicious casserole full of flavor that will keep you coming back for more.
This is one of my favorite spicy chicken dishes. The colorful blend of a rice bed speckled with colorful peppers topped with a Cajun-seasoned chicken breast and smothered with a golden bayou sauce is not only a pleasing presentation, but very delicious. It's a four-part recipe, so see footnote for timing.
From a campfire on the bayou to your table. This easy chicken in a skillet will fill your kitchen with amazing smells, and later your mouth with big, spicy flavor.
A huge batch of this Cajun favorite with four types of meat: Chicken, ham, kielbasa and shrimp. The reason you make a big batch is so you won't run out. This jambalaya is so good, that could be a bad situation.
A seafood-less version of this Cajun classic for those folks who prefer their dinners to be a land-only affair.
Stop boring your grill with the same old flavors and go Caribbean. A one-hour soak in this simple marinade and you're ready for a quick and easy grilled chicken dinner.
A wholesome, yet spicy Cajun rice dinner. Great for picnics and family get-togethers. Consider that the sausage, creole seasoning, low sodium broth, and canned tomatoes all contain sodium. so add any salt to taste. I use none. also, the Creole seasoning is to taste, i use Tony's(R). Finally, one teaspoon of cayenne makes this dish somewhat spicy, especially the next day. I usually add a little more. I love spicy food. Enjoy.
