Why not get a little fancy with your catch? A simple tomato sauce adds flavor and color to this baked bass.

This is a sure winner at any Asian feast. By baking them, they come out and stay crispy. I have found that deep fried spring rolls have to be eaten immediately to preserve their crispiness. This is also healthier. A must try!

Serve this as a "starter" or entree. It will rival the Bone Fish Grill!

This ginger dipping sauce is wonderful with either grilled, steamed or fried fish. My Cambodian friend's dad used to make this every time he served fish.

This soup is very popular in Northern Thailand and the recipe varies slightly depending on who's making it. Typical of Thai cooking! Steps 1 through 4 can be done well in advance. The soup will become tastier the longer it sits. Just reheat it and go to step 5. Serve with lots of Singha beer!

This Thai-style chicken curry is super easy to make, and tastes just like the curries you order at Thai restaurants. You can adjust the heat by adding more or less chili paste. You can also substitute shrimp, pork, beef or tofu for the chicken. I serve with Jasmine rice. The Thai ingredients can be found on the ethnic aisle at the grocery store.

While not a traditional Filipino dish, my grandmother added the necessary proportions of canned pink salmon, tomatoes, onion, and loads of garlic to make this dish a Filipino family favorite.

Dan and I love to travel. We love our beef noodle soup it is very popular in Adelaide. So we ordered it at a Chinese restaurant in Manila NSW. Well it was nothing like the Vietnamese Beef noodle soup we were used to but was very very tasty. So I promised Dan I would try to recreate it when we got home. It's like a a satay flavored laksa. I hope you like it. Try using Green curry paste and replacing beef with chicken.

I've been really into Thai food lately. It's sweet and very spicy. Thai food is so fresh and clean, yet it can really have a kick! This is my first attempt at Thai food, so I tried to keep this dish healthy. I studied several Thai cookbooks and also ate out at Thai restaurants, I had my own little Thai food fling and I was ready! Please enjoy!

This was a dish we had on a recent trip to Thailand. I've invented my own recipe based on the flavors I remembered and my knowledge of Thai cooking. It's a great side dish with a Thai meal. You can increase or reduce the fish sauce to taste or add some fresh chiles to this if you want a little heat. Serve, and listen for the ooo's and aaaa's.
