Best Damn Chili
Recipe by:
Danny Jaye
After years of adjustments I have found a recipe for all to enjoy. Previous ones were either too hot or too mild, this one even was to the liking of my fiancee who hates chili.
Chili Powder
Recipe by:
Chuck
Make your own special blend of pain or pleasure. I make my own Chili powder to add an extra special original flavor to my chili. I tend to add many more types of dried chili peppers to the mix, last time I used 6 types - whatever the store has at the time. Also you may want to put saran wrap over the carafe before putting the top on and blending as if any of this fine dust gets in the air it will feel like you've been pepper sprayed (trust me on this one).
Chipotle Sauce or Dip
Recipe by:
Ron Shepherd
This sauce is a wonderful blend of flavors with Chipotle Peppers and liquid smoke. A taste of this starts out mild but builds to a nice, slightly hot pepper flavor. A spoonful of this sauce tastes great on almost any kind of food. I use it on meat, chicken, pork, salmon patties and Mexican dishes as well. It also works great as a dip for chips and vegetables.
Chris' Football Chili

Warm simple chili that hits the spot during a football game or any other time you really need it.
Creamy Southwest Dipping Sauce
Recipe by:

I originally made this recipe up to dip some bacon-wrapped shrimp in, but we soon found out that it was good on all kinds of chips and crackers also!
Dill Dip

Dillweed sour cream dip, what more can I say? Classic. It's great with vegetables, french fries, or anything dippable.

I threw this together with ingredients on hand and it was a big hit! It has a lot of flavor and is very simple to make!

Delicious white chili with chicken, celery, corn and white beans. Easy to make, and good for you too!
Egg Rolls
Recipe by:

It's not your standard egg roll with cabbage inside. It's a meat-filled egg roll with crunchy water chestnuts that is easy to make.
Extremely Bitter Chocolate Dip
Recipe by:
Jai Fuller
A dark chocolate dip. I always use a bar that has a minimum of 50% cocoa solids as this has a good strong bitterness. I have tried making it with white and milk chocolate but it didn't work, it didn't set.
Favorite Spinach Dip

This is a huge party hit. Men enjoy this just as much as women and are happy to ask for it any chance they get!
Fiesta Red Chicken Chili

A delightful sweet and slightly spicy red chicken chili that is perfectly complimented by a nice cornbread. Fantastic for fall and winter days. Works well as a quick and easy dinner when having friends or family over.
Hot and Spicy Wing Sauce
Recipe by:
Country Boy
Hot and spicy sauce for chicken wings or your favorite meat. Sure to clear sinuses! (Omit pepper at the end and some of the chili powder to reduce the heat, if desired.)
Italian Sausage Garden Soup
Recipe by:
Tom Hutchinson
A good friend of ours brought this soup to us shortly after the birth of our first child. It's very hearty, simple to make, and has a wonderful flavor. An alternate method to prepare this soup is to mix all the ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 5 hours.
Italian Sausage Stars
Recipe by:
Jason
This is a quick and easy appetizer that I received from a friend and tweaked to make it my own... I use a combination of hot and sweet bulk Italian sausage, which is easy to find in Upstate New York, where I live. If you cannot find bulk Italian sausage, buy links, remove the casings and squeeze out the sausage to cook. Don't be thrown off by the strange ingredient combination, these taste wonderful and your guests will be shocked when you share the recipe!
Bourbon Beef Chili
Recipe by:
WEDGE
This hearty steak and bean chili benefits from a healthy pour (if you can call 14 ounces a "pour") of Jim Beam bourbon.
