Amazing Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeno Shrimp
Recipe by:
Ramey Bekish
My father and his Chinese "brother's" recipe for the best deep fried shrimp is now famous in our town. You can even put these on the grill. For a sauce, ketchup and horseradish work great, but these are great by themselves!
Egg Rolls

It's not your standard egg roll with cabbage inside. It's a meat-filled egg roll with crunchy water chestnuts that is easy to make.
Tripe Crackling with a Deviled Dipping Sauce
Recipe by:

This may sound odd, but tripe, when properly prepared, is an amazing thing! With the milk bath, and the harsh heat of frying, it loses quite a bit of its intimidatingly harsh flavour. This is a fun appetizer for your pork lovers, and will have them guessing as to what part of the porker you just fried! The sauce uses the traditional combo for any recipe that is "deviled": Mustard, cayenne pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
Zesty Buffalo Wings

Wonderfully flavored coating, heat can easily be increased as desired by adding 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce at a time. Quick and Easy!
Carolina Style Crispy Pulled Pork Eggrolls with Fresh Cole Slaw
We make this every time the guys come over for a game. Everyone loves these eggrolls and they are super easy to make. This recipe uses cooked pork shoulder. We usually cook our own (there is nothing like having your entire house smelling like BBQ pork all day long), but you can easily find pre made pulled pork at the super market.
Easy Wings With Spicy Honey Sauce
Choose your favorite barbecue sauce to custom fit this wing recipe to your party. Use something sweet and smoky, or turn on the heat to bring the pain.

These wings are best when they are extra crisp. Beware, they are spicy with four different kinds of hot sauce!

Deep-Fried Chili Pie Meatballs
Chips, beef, and chili deep-fried into balls. Who's the hero of football Sunday? No matter how many points your running back gets, it's gonna be you if you made this amazing appetizer.
Root Veggie Crisps and a Dip

My better half could not eat potatoes for a year (it's a long story), and used to make her own potato chips (crisps) from other sources, such as sweet potatoes and beets. The secret to this recipe is to slice the vegetables ultra thin. I use a mandolin or the slicing blade on my food processor. This makes a unique appetiser for a Superbowl party!
