Mini meatloaves wrapped in bacon and stuffed with Velveeta cheese.
Very delicious treat, worth every moment. When everyone has 'em, they won't stop. Well worth the effort!
Spicy, crunchy snack, perfect for watching the game.
Delish Southern dish!!!
This is a quick and easy appetizer that I received from a friend and tweaked to make it my own... I use a combination of hot and sweet bulk Italian sausage, which is easy to find in Upstate New York, where I live. If you cannot find bulk Italian sausage, buy links, remove the casings and squeeze out the sausage to cook. Don't be thrown off by the strange ingredient combination, these taste wonderful and your guests will be shocked when you share the recipe!
Pan fried Italian sausages are layered into this hearty casserole and topped with plenty of Cheddar cheese.
An American favorite for years. It's great with Cuban bread. You can make individual bowls with Cuban bread, just cut out the center!
I got this from a friend a long time ago. I'm not sure where she got it, but it makes a pan full of cheesy goodness.
Meaty, cheesy, all-in-one meal for the entire family!
This recipe is a Southwestern-style chili, using ground beef instead of chuck. The fat left from the beef gives it a unique flavor, and the peppers give it a perfect spicy balance.
These little ham balls are backed in a brown sugar sauce and are always a party favorite. Perfect served as a side dish or to bring to a potluck.
A tasty version of an classic snack.
My wife made this childhood favorite for me and I love it. We don't care for Tuna so we use chicken instead. If you try it with Tuna, use a large can.
Meatballs that I came up with the other night. I made spaghetti and I wanted to make some meatballs. So I decided to make some and I just threw some stuff together and they turned out really tasty. Add to whatever dish you desire!
This is a quick throw together casserole that is seriously stick-to-your-ribs good!
We make this every time the guys come over for a game. Everyone loves these eggrolls and they are super easy to make. This recipe uses cooked pork shoulder. We usually cook our own (there is nothing like having your entire house smelling like BBQ pork all day long), but you can easily find pre made pulled pork at the super market.
Says Rick: "I make a lot of friends with this soup during the long, cold Chicago winters. It’s a warm, filling, and welcoming choice when you plan to stay home and watch a Bears game."
Yeah, you read that right, bucko. Sausage *and* tater tots. Together. How have we put a man on the moon and not managed this yet?
Forget apple or pumpkin, this is a man's pie. Includes all the man food groups--spicy, hot doggy, and cheesy.
Is it cornbread with chili cooked in? Or chili with a cornbread base? You decide. Either way, you'll find it hard to stop eating.
