Grilled Marinated Steak

This marinade creates fantastic grilled steaks and can easily be modified to produce a different flavor. Want it a little sweeter just add more sugar, like ginger just add a little more. Great Recipe. Honestly I never measure when I make this recipe, rather I go by taste. If your going by taste it should be salty (soy), slightly sweet (sugar), slightly garlicky and hint of ginger or increase ingredients to reach your desired goal.
Savory Pepper-Stuffed Filet Mignon

A delicious mouth watering steak prepared on the grill. It is tender to the touch with a slight hint of Jalapeno pepper taste. It gives you the flavor of the pepper without the burn. Many people appreciate this attribute. When I cook this recipe, the steak is so tender, you can cut through it with a fork.
Tomahawk Steak
Rick's signature dish: He had contestants cook tomahawk steaks (a.k.a. cowboy steaks) when he guested on Top Chef.
Grilled Porterhouse Steak with Red Wine Peppercorn Marinade
Make a tender, flavorful steak when you pour some red wine in this marinade. Then, maybe pour some in a glass? Your call, there's plenty left over. Inspired by BigStupidFingers' "Flat Iron Steak in a Red Wine Reduction with Peppercorns."
Skirt Steak with Red Wine Peppercorn Marinade
An inexpensive option for steak. Skirt steak ain't the most tender, but a long soak in red wine helps. (When doesn't it?) Inspired by "Flat Iron Steak in a Red Wine Reduction with Peppercorns," by BigStupidFingers.
