I wanted to make a truly Southern meatloaf like my 'Redneck' buddies make sometimes when I visit. They never wrote the recipe down. This is my best approximation of Southern meatloaf. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. You can serve this Southern meatloaf either hot or cold.
