This creamy, spicy, slightly sweet nacho cheese sauce uses something I've never seen in a nacho cheese sauce/dip: cream of asparagus soup. It adds to the creaminess and some of the very slight sweetness. If you don't eat meat, this dip is great by itself.
These hearty, dude-pleasing nachos are bursting with flavor. The combination of the crunchy tortilla chips with the spicy buffalo chicken and the cool blue cheese dressing make the perfect accompaniment to a frosty cold beverage (or two!) and are great any time of day.
