Salmon Brine
Recipe by:
SCRATCHMONKEY
This is a very simple brine for salmon. After soaking overnight, we prefer to smoke the fish, but this brine works just as well for grilled, baked or broiled salmon.
Spicy, Tangy Grilled Salmon
Salmon with a wow factor: Ginger and red pepper flakes bring the heat in a different type of marinade for grilled salmon.
Honey Broiled Salmon
Salmon flavored with a nice combo of sweet, savory and spicy. After just 30 minutes of soaking, it's ready for a brief meeting with your broiler.
Lemon, Lime and Orange Salmon
Citrus and soy combine in this marinade for grilled salmon. Fresh salmon is always good, this recipe can make it great.
Screwdriver Salmon Steaks
The classic combo of vodka and orange juice makes a pretty darn good salmon marinade too. Save some to drink, obviously.
Soy and Sugar Grilled Salmon
A sweet, savory and quick marinade flavors easy grilled salmon. Will also give you plenty of white wine left over to serve with dinner.
Curried Salmon on the Grill
After a short dip in a soy/curry/lemon/garlic mix, salmon is grilled to perfection in 10 minutes. A fast summer weeknight dinner.
Spring Hill Ranch Fajita Marinade
We love fajitas here at the ranch - They're relatively easy, quick, certainly tasty and fun to eat. It took us a few years to work out a marinade that works pretty darn well on just about anything you might want to stuff into a soft flour tortilla, but we haven't had to make any adjustments to this for a couple years, now, so it must be about right! It works great on beef, pork, poultry, fish or shrimp, and even some vegetables.
