Heavy Rescue Chili
Recipe by:
Clayton
Serve this chili with Mexican blended cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips and hot sauce. When ready to eat, mix the cheese into the chili in your bowl, put a dollop of sour cream on top and dabble the hot sauce sauce to taste - I personally like Cholula(R). It is great to use the chips to eat with until you get towards the bottom of the bowl.
Slow Cooker Hamburger Stew
This simple, cheap beef stew packs your slow cooker with fall vegetables. And soon you'll be packed with them as well. Yum. Inspired by Wayne's "Hamburger Stew."
Slow Cooker Amber Ale Turkey Chili
A chili you can eat without feeling guilty. Beer, beans, and, as a nod to your health, ground turkey instead of beef. Add jalapenos for extra flavor.
Irish Honey Beef Roast
Tender beef roast to feed a crowd, flavored by Guinness(R) beer and honey. Put this in the slow cooker in the morning and come home to the finest dinner you'll have all month.
Johnny's Slow Cooker London Broil
Recipe by:
Johnny
This recipe came from the desire to make a pot roast, but all I had on hand was a London broil. I made this on the fly and it turned out great. My wife took the leftovers to work and everyone wanted the recipe, hope you all like it. Start it before work and when you come home you’ll be into some good eats.
Slow Cooker Beef and Guinness Stew
This is our favorite recipe to make when the weather gets cold. It's so easy and delicious. We make this at least once a month throughout the winter.
Slow Cooker Teriyaki Beef Stew
Teriyaki sauce kicks-off the flavoring for this hearty, slightly sweet slow cooker beef stew. Never had honey in a stew? Time to try it. Inspired by Bobby Terrell's "Hearty Beef Stew II."
Slow Cooker Italian Beef Stew
Red wine and oregano gives this slow cooker stew a little hint of Italy. You don't want to listen to the full-on accordion with this one, maybe just a little Sinatra. Inspired by papaduck's "Italian Beef Stew."

Very simple and easy. Just prep it in the morning and it'll be ready when you get home from work. Just boil up a pot of noodles to go with it and you're ready to eat!
