A new take on a old favorite. I came up with these for a camping trip and when I was grilling them about a hundred people came by to ask what smelled so good.

This is all southern: Bacon; a good barbecue rub; mac cheese, which is a "vegetable" down south; and a Brussels sprout slaw (made with bacon grease, of course). Serve this only to the hungry.

This rub has the flavor of coffee, the spice of cayenne, the sweetness of brown sugar, and whatever you want to say cinnamon tastes like. Makes for a unique steak. Inspired by teamswitch's "Coffee-Crusted Beef Tenderloin Steak"

Try this simple rub, you'll be surprised how much it improves your grilled meats. Just like we were all surprised at how much Marcus Camby helped the Knicks.

This delicious potato salad containing carrots, eggs, onion, pickles and peas may not be what you expect but is absolutely terrific as a main(or side) dish for any meal (and a great workout for your arm). The sweet apple flavor makes the salad even more interesting, i would set aside some potato salad and add the apple to that to see if you like it.

This seasoning is what that special dish needs. It gives whatever you're cooking, whether it's burgers, steaks or any other dish, an extra zest of flavor. A little "Magic Dust" goes a long way.
