Rice, ground beef, and bacon cooked with vegetables with a semi-spicy tomato sauce. One of my favorites growing up.
Easy and delicious, this Mexican inspired dish will surely please everyone in the family.
Fast and easy, it's also delicious and everyone can have it the way they want it. This is infinitely flexible as you can add or remove ingredients to suit the tastes of your family. Some suggested additions: Salsa, Guacamole, Ranch or Thousand Island dressing, green or black olives, kidney chili beans, fresh sliced mushrooms, tomato wedges. If you can put it on a salad, it'll pretty much go with this!
Yummy. My kids love them.
We take this easy-to-make taco salad to potlucks and NEVER have any left. Everybody is always asking for the recipe, so here it is!
Quick cooking casserole.
This great addition to any Mexican-themed dinner also makes a great lunch all on its own.
Taco soup. Top with cheese, sour cream and tortilla strips. This is great during the winter months or during a football game. It's always a hit. My kids love it.
My family has been making this recipe as long as I can remember. Now that I have taken over a good part of the cooking I still think it is the best. Use polenta rather than finer ground corn meal. I sometimes add 1/2 cup whole kernel corn to the polenta.
Mixing flavors of egg, ground beef, salsa, and sour cream, sharp Cheddar cheese.
Carne Asada tacos. Very easy entertaining recipe. If you can wield a food processor and a set of tongs, you are set. I always kick off the summer camping season by doing these over the campfire. The nice thing about this recipe is that you can do most everything beforehand, leaving you time to quaff a few with your buddies. Perfect for tailgating or camping where people stand while they eat.
Enchiladas that can use beef, chicken, or pork filling. Whichever preparation you choose, the dish includes a mildly spicy cream cheese sauce.
Easy and tasty.
This creamy, spicy, slightly sweet nacho cheese sauce uses something I've never seen in a nacho cheese sauce/dip: cream of asparagus soup. It adds to the creaminess and some of the very slight sweetness. If you don't eat meat, this dip is great by itself.
Yummy nachos topped with cheese, salsa, hamburger and pepperoni. Leaves a tingly flavorful sensation making your taste buds beg for more! It is yummy and easy to make with simple ingredients!
It's all here: Ground beef, Mexican seasonings, chips, cheese and spicy jalapeno peppers.
Bring the smoky flavor of the grill into your man cave nachos.
Add to the Mexican flavor of nachos by deploying chorizo sausage.
