My fathers and his Chinese "Brothers"recipe for the best deep fried shrimp, now famous in our town. You can even put these on the grill. For a sauce ketchup and horseradish work great but these are great by themselves!

Something I whipped up one night for the in-laws. It was inspired by, and based loosely, on several other recipes I have seen. Fairly basic but terrifically tasty!

If you like pasta you'd love this. Spaghetti noodles, bacon bits, shrimp, Rosemary leaves. All of these makes a genius pasta which pasta haters would love!

This is a very addicting dish - simple, yet elegant. The enoki mushrooms add a great texture to the amazing flavor of mussels covered in a spicy creamy sauce.

This is a sure winner at any Asian feast. By baking them, they come out and stay crispy. I have found that deep fried spring rolls have to be eaten immediately to preserve their crispiness. This is also healthier. A must try!

Serve this as a "starter" or entree. It will rival the Bone Fish Grill!

A wonderful New Orleans-style soup that is a best seller at my family-owned restaurant. Serve with crackers. I like to season my shrimp with 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire, 1 tablespoon of Season All(R), and 2 teaspoons of hot sauce (optional).

This dish is served near the beach in Baja California and can be found in most seafood Mexican restaurants in So. Cal. It's a fresh, healthy seafood cocktail that is great for lunch or appetizers on hot days. Ingredients can and should be modified to what you prefer!

This recipe was given to me by my Mother who lives on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. I have to throw a party each time I make this, it needs to be shared with others! Serve over rice and garnish with parsley and green onion.
