This is a wonderful one-pan meal that you can add to in many ways. You can substitute refried beans for the meat to make it for vegetarians. You can use any type of cheese, meat, or peppers you want. That is what makes this a excellent meal. It's great the next day reheated. Serve on bed of lettuce and top with sour cream and picante sauce.

These deconstructed burritos will be a hit at lunch or even dinner parties. Lots of sauteed seasoned beef and chicken with beans and chipotle hot sauce really hit the Mexican spot in anyone's belly!

Growing up in Boy Scouts you learn all kinds of different ways to cook. This started out as my scoutmaster's Dutch oven chile. Now that I'm grown up I adjusted the recipe for my own tastes. This is a great one for that slow cooker, Dutch oven, or even a pot on the stove and you might want to put a warning sticker on this one.

A spicy twist on Kraft(R) Macaroni & Cheese. If you like cheese and jalapeno peppers, you will like this recipe. Try it with ketchup and bacon bits for a delicious twist!

This recipe is quick, easy, and perfect for the person in your house who enjoy spicy food! Depending on the quality of the peppers this recipe can be VERY spicy! If you would like to add a bit of flavor feel free to add a splash (1 teaspoon) of your favorite barbeque sauce!! Serve and enjoy! Better yet, serve, neglect to tell guests about the overwhelming spice, and then laugh while they eat it!

This season salt is good on most anything you'd like to spice up. I use it in most of my recipes.

My quick and unique pasta recipe with poached egg sauce. All the ingredients in your pantry, apart from the wasabi. Wasabi is optional but it will give a fresh fragrance to your dish. For vegetarian, use vegetable stock powder.

A Mexican version of an Italian classic. It's similar to enchiladas, but with a twist to the filling. This is really great if served with sides of Spanish rice and refried beans.

This chunky chili uses beer brats for a meaty texture and has a slightly sweet taste backed by a good slow spicy kick.
