Caipirinha Cocktail
The classic from Brazil. Cachaca is a Brazilian booze made from sugarcane. Rum works in a pinch, in which case you have the original daiquiri.
Cuba Libre Cocktail
Good rum and a decent amount of lime juice make the cocktail. The name is a reference to Cuba’s quest for independence from the Spanish back at the turn of the 20th century.
