Every man should know how to mix a good drink. Pick a few classics to specialize in--Old Fashioneds, if you're into bourbon, or make your own amaretto or infused vodka cocktails.
Beer is the secret ingredient in these potent and insanely good margaritas. We use a light-colored Mexican beer like Corona. Add extra water as you like.
This is a old family favorite using peach brandy rather than the traditional whiskey. The brandy imparts a sweet, creamy, and lighter taste.
A tasty breakfast beverage after a good long night.
Alcoholic fizzy fruity drink for the summer time.
A fun martini for apple schnapps lovers. It may remind you of those old carnival treats!
This is a version of the Wood Scorpion I came up with whilst bartending up north. It's like being blown up with a gummi-bomb, and put back together by a homeless professor.
This is a great drink. No aging required.
This is a nice substitute for vodka and cranberry.
A vodka shooter recipe that some friends and I created.
A drink recipe created by myself and a few friends.
This is a frozen alcohol after-dinner treat. I'm not to sure how original it is. But I've tended bar for a good part of 15 years and was playing around. And came up with this recipe at a new establishment where I was fortunate to have room to play around with ideas. At that time we had a chef, and I tried it on him (as a real critic) and he was impressed enough that it became a feature summer after dinner drink dessert listed on their menu.
This is a twist on the popular drink Fuzzy Navel, but a bit sweeter (and fizzier!). Very easy to make!
Simple, spectacular, ginger-infused Vodka you make yourself! Don't waste your money on premium Vodka, any mid-shelf Vodka (Svedka(R), Skyy(R), Absolut(R)) will do. Try mixing it with soda water, tonic, or ginger ale!
A tantalizing drink that is both easy to make and will astound your guests (alcoholic or none)
A delightful Kool-aid adult beverage that I came up with when I wanted a drink but didn't want the traditional Margarita.
After many nights of playing around with this recipe, I believe I have created the perfect mojito. I also make it with dark rum instead of Bacardi and it tastes excellent.
This a very nice copy of the expensive Liquor. Easy to make and the longer it sits the better it becomes.
This drink was introduced to us on a cruise to St. Thomas, USVI atop Paradise Point where you can take a skyride up, or down. The drink is suggested by the establishment atop Paradise Point, is almost all alcohol, and tastes like a milkshake. Drinker beware! Can also be served over ice without blending, but will be stronger.
A refreshing summer cocktail your friends will love. Quality lemonade with natural sweeteners makes a big difference.
