Cook up chicken with all the flavor and spice of classic chili.
I nice twist on regular chili using both Great Northern and Kidney beans. Marinating and grilling the chicken makes a difference as to sauteing it. This could easily become a vegetarian dish by omitting the chicken of course and the chicken broth and adding more of your favorite veggies. As for the spices, i like to use way more. adjust them to your liking. Enjoy!
Delicious white chili with chicken, celery, corn and white beans. Easy to make, and good for you too!
A delightful sweet and slightly spicy red chicken chili that is perfectly complimented by a nice cornbread. Fantastic for fall and winter days. Works well as a quick and easy dinner when having friends or family over.
This recipe has a wonderful flavor when you combine the grilled chicken and the roasted chilies and fresh garlic. All my friends love it and they are always asking me when I will be making more.
Smooth and Spicy... Great with corn bread!
Stretch your chili if buddies show up unexpectedly.
Light on the fat, but heavy on flavor, this spicy chili will satisfy your urge for heat without breaking your diet.
This is as hearty as chicken chili gets. And, like any good man, this chili gets kickstarted by a nice bottle of beer. Inspired by Evan's "Fiesta Red Chicken Chili."
The spicy, smoky flavor of chipotle flavors this easy and quick ground chicken chili. Here's a fun fact for ya: A "chipotle pepper" isn't a different type of pepper, but is really just a jalapeno pepper that's been smoked.
A spicy white bean chili, totally awesome.
I created this recipe for a chili competition at work. It was just for fun at first, but at the end of the night I had a grand prize medal hanging around my neck! Enjoy.
Great on a cold night. Easy to make. My family's favorite.
A smooth zesty chili that the whole family will love.
I make this every year at tax time to overcome the taxpayer blues. This spicy chicken chili is a welcome change to the dreary April weather and will cheer even the most depressed economy... The ingredients are simple and cheap! Serve with salsa, chips, green onions, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
There are a lot of versions out there, but I've combined a few to make this awesome version of my own! Top with shredded Monterrey Jack cheese and enjoy!!
It all starts with browning chicken in tasty spices. Your stove takes over from there. Make it as spicy as you like with the addition of hot sauce at the end.
You're an afternoon away from spicy, healthy chicken chili. All you have to do is cut and brown the chicken and toss it in the slow cooker with some veggies, beans and spices. Terrific recipe for beginning cooks.
Beer, buffalo sauce and chicken. It's like a whole bar meal in a bowl. Inspired by Jim Hitch's "Buffalo Chicken Chili."
Instead of a bowl of red, try this healthier version: A bowl of white. Inspired by steven smith's "Chicken and White Bean Chili."
