Finadeni (Guamanian All-Purpose Sauce)
Recipe by:
Mr. Ojeda
No island BBQ would be complete without finadeni. This all-purpose sauce is used to flavor rice, soups, dipping and is excellent for marinating chicken, beef and pork. If you like, I have seen other people substitute the thinly sliced onions with chopped onions or chopped green onions.
Insane Steak Marinade

This is a very zesty and unusual marinade. (Best if used on thin steaks.)
World Class London Broil
Recipe by:
Timothy Johnson
The marinade and the attention to detail -- the long marinade, massaging and turning the steak while it marinates, allowing it to return to room temp before broiling -- all make this the very best my friends and family have ever had.
Rib Eye Steak with Apple Juice Marinade
Make this tangy steak tonight, and claim your share of the 55 million tons of apples produced in the world each year. It would take 18 million Ford F-450s to haul them all.
Sirloin Steak with Apple Juice Marinade
Sweet steak with a little bite to it. Remember why you stole apples from the neighbor's tree in the first place? For that sweet first bite. Same deal, but with steak this time.
Flat Iron Steak with Whiskey Ginger Marinade
Grab the nearest bottle of whiskey (you do have a nearby bottle of whiskey, don't you?) and make this simple no-cook marinade that gives your steak an extra hint of woody sweetness.
