Bachelor's Lasagna
Recipe by:
Rabyn
I've been trying to perfect the perfect lasagna, for my tastes at least. It's been a long road, and I've played with it and tweaked it quite a bit and now, I love it,all my friends seem to wolf it up. I made the instructions non cook friendly and simple. It's good when it's done, it's better after it's been in the fridge the next day.

Easy Spaghetti Sauce

This is a classic my mother taught me when I was young and she had to work. It's a hearty way to end a cold winter's day. Just throw everything in a sauce pan on low or into a crock pot and let it cook all day. This is a family sized recipe, cut it in half if you are cooking for two.
Italian Sausage Garden Soup
Recipe by:
Tom Hutchinson
A good friend of ours brought this soup to us shortly after the birth of our first child. It's very hearty, simple to make, and has a wonderful flavor. An alternate method to prepare this soup is to mix all the ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 5 hours.
Italian Sausage Stars
Recipe by:
Jason
This is a quick and easy appetizer that I received from a friend and tweaked to make it my own... I use a combination of hot and sweet bulk Italian sausage, which is easy to find in Upstate New York, where I live. If you cannot find bulk Italian sausage, buy links, remove the casings and squeeze out the sausage to cook. Don't be thrown off by the strange ingredient combination, these taste wonderful and your guests will be shocked when you share the recipe!
Jon's Beer Chili

Everyone that has tried this chili has loved it, the house smells great when you make it, and it tastes even better. This recipe makes 16 servings, which can be 2 batches at most homes. We make more, and freeze it: lasts longer, tastes better.

Quick and Easy Sausage Gravy and Biscuits
Recipe by:
Mike Wyman
This is a wonderfully fast and delicious way to make yourself this favorite dish. Although you can spice this to taste, all of the basic spices are already in the ingredients. I use fresh store-bough biscuits. The markets near me make these fresh every day and even have buttermilk biscuits available as well. This should make enough for 8 servings of one biscuit each with gravy. For me this serves four hungry folks!

Slow Cooker Italian Sausage and Cabbage
Recipe by:
EDINMETR
This is a good dish to serve on a cold day when the family has been out and about. It is both filling and full of taste. Our family likes it on weekends when we can enjoy the aroma for a few hours before time to eat. For those who like a little extra kick, hot Italian sausage can be substituted for the sweet sausage.
