I have learned what days they get shipments of frozen crab meat, and since I am such a loyal customer, I buy an unopened block of crab leg meat (about 5 pounds). Whenever I want crab, I get out my pick and break off a chunk - then keep the rest in my freezer.

This recipe was created for my wife who loves Cheddar's spasagna. We do not have a Cheddar's here, so I decided to improvise and try to recreate their spasagna.
