When are you truly a man? We say it's when you carve your first turkey. Healthy turkey meat can also make you less of a man--in a good way.

That's right, you can baconize your turkey this year! We've had this the last two years in a row and are never going back.

Smoked turkey for when you don't have a lot of time, say, like 6 hours or more.

I always found Turkey Meatloaf to be quite disappointing. The flavor is usually lacking as well as the texture. Well I have developed this Turkey Meatloaf that has a great texture and a surprisingly good flavor (My brother couldn't even tell that it wasn't beef)! The secret is the quinoa, which adds wonderful texture and is much healthier than breadcrumbs. I hope you enjoy this recipe! ~Drew

A grilled/smoked turkey is juicer and has a far better flavor than an oven roasted turkey. The turkey will be more tender and juicy than you thought possible. The recommended size for BBQ is 12-14 pounds. The turkey must fit under the lid with about 1-inch space between top of turkey and lid.

A delicious variation of turkey chili that uses a lot of beans and is loaded with onions, garlic and hot peppers. Sprinkle some shredded cheddar and fresh cilantro on top if you like.

A basic yet delicious turkey burger, that is low in fat, takes just minutes, and will have family and friends raving on how tasty they are. Serve it with this delicious Chile-Mayo, some guacamole, and some Pepper Jack cheese to complete this awesome sandwich. Serve on a toasted potato roll or toasted English muffin.

Imagine a big beautiful turkey on your table. Now imagine carving it by slicing right across the the body, WITH NO BONES IN THE WAY! You will need some special equipment: kitchen twine, an upholstery-grade curved sewing needle, and a digital meat thermometer with cabled probe.

Easy to remember, easy to prepare, and easy to modify to meet your personal tastes. Some suggestions for optional ingredients for the meatloaf are minced garlic, chopped green peppers, chopped fresh mushrooms, and coarse shredded (low moisture) cheese. Cover with my Easy Sweet and Tangy Mustard Sauce, or your favorite glaze.

This recipe is a variant of Pam Anderson's Wonderful Meatloaf that I made into a healthy meal by substituting ground turkey and adding broccoli plus other ingredients for a good healthy meal for those watching their waistlines or their health.

If you're looking for the simple one pan dinner, please keep looking. This meal requires many pans and really gets things hopping in the kitchen. It's a great meal to make with family or friends. This is a wonderful, low fat curry dish with a slight sweetness. It is a delightful meal for those who love curry!

This is loaded with flavor and can be modified with lettuce or spinach and served as a cool summer main dish or wrapped in a tortilla shell. Our family has had it in the shell and they love it.

The whole family makes it to the dinner table on time! When using a cookie sheet to cook the meatloaf it allows the grease to escape for a better tasting loaf. Great for sandwiches the next day if there is any left. Enjoy!

This chili is best made in a crock pot but can be made on the stove-top if desired. Tastes even better left over and goes great with an ice-cold beer.
