Fantasy Football Draft Party Menu

You've got important decisions to make on fantasy football league draft day, so decide what you're going to eat now. Here are our serving suggestions--we promise these will work out better than drafting Randy Moss in 2010 did.
Start with chips and dip. Make batches of cheesy Best Hot Bacon Dip and creamy Easy Guacamole, buy a few bags of tortilla chips, and get comfortable. This could be your year.
As the draft continues, keep the chip bowls full and mix up another batch of guacamole. While mashing avocados, tell your buddy not to worry--maybe the running back he drafted who blew out his knee in the second preseason game will magically heal by Week 1. Offer him a box of tissues and another beer.
After an hour or two, take a lunch break to plot possible trades. Fire up the grill for these hefty, stuffed Jalapeno Burgers or Grilled BBQ Chicken Pizza. Alternatively, make a big pan of Grif's Old School Lasagna ahead of time and reheat it in the oven.
Settle back down on the couch and finish this thing up. When everyone's teams are fully stocked, laptops and football preview mags are stashed safely away, and fresh, cold drinks are in hand, take a moment to congratulate yourself on a draft well done. Your team looks like a winner, we're sure.
If you want to keep the party going, celebrate with dessert--head back out onto the deck for Grilled Banana Splits. You need a break now, because once the season starts you'll be too busy tracking down every injury rumor and lineup change to take time for dessert.
